Hi, here is my review! Thank you again for letting me read your incredible work! I wouldn’t change a thing about it! 

I was selected to read this by the author and it did not disappoint. I went into this not knowing one thing about it and I don’t regret that. I feel like it made it even more exciting to read. You’re pulled into this incredible world as you follow along with Kayla trying to navigate what is happening in her life. The world Taylor built is so well done it’s like watching a movie. Scene after scene keeps exploding with excitement, suspense and emotion that truly kept me on the edge of my seat. The supporting characters amplify the plot and Kayla as the story progresses in the best way. The attention to detail is spot on but doesn’t pull away from the overall plot. The pacing is perfectly timed for everything that happens in the story. The twist I did not see coming and it truly shocked me. The ending was jaw dropping and I hope there is another one (or more) because it was just that good! It’s at the very least 5 stars and I would give it more if I could! 

One of the things I was not expecting when picking up this book is how even I, as a romance reader, really enjoyed this book overall!

Taylor puts a story behind Kayla that will inspire, but shock the readers as well. She is fierce in her own being, but deeply insecure, and confused with her emotions. I can see how this relates to readers, and also myself, too. 

Even within the first pages of reading this book, I appreciated how he is an advocate for mental health, as he put warnings for the book and numbers you can call all within the first page. He cares deeply about his readers. 

Now.... I don't want to spoil the book, but the plots and twists will shock you in ways you haven't expected. The ending is the biggest plot twist overall- leading myself excited for the next book, waiting and wondering what is going to happen. I'm super eager to read how Kayla grows throughout the series when the time comes.
